2025年8月25日にご案内いたしましたとおり、このたびSony Life Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.（以下「SLFA」）のお客様のご契約は、関係するすべての保険会社の承認を得て、Phillip Securities Pte. Ltd.（以下「フィリップ証券」）への移管が完了いたしましたのでお知らせいたします。
お客様のご契約につきましては、順次、各保険会社にて移管手続きが進められております。
フィリップ証券および各保険会社より、新しい担当者や連絡先等の案内がございますので、内容をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice Regarding the Transfer of SLFA Client Contracts to Phillip Securities
Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. (“SLFA”) and Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (“Phillip Securities”) have entered into an agreement for the transfer by SLFA of its business contracts and customers to Phillip Securities (the “Transfer”).
The Transfer is expected to be completed by 1st October 2025. There will not be any changes to the terms and conditions of the insurance policies of SLFA’s clients as a result of the Transfer. Any new service entity introduced following the Transfer will be subjected to the insurance company’s approval.
Phillip Securities brings with it the expertise, infrastructure, and accessibility to a broader range of financial solutions and investments products. We are confident that Phillip Securities will continue to provide our customers with the same level of dedicated, high-quality service that SLFA has always strived to deliver.
SLFA’s relationship mangers will remain available to support our customers, including communication in Japanese, throughout the transition until further notice.
A separate, detailed notification will be sent to customers who are directly affected by the Transfer.
Upon completion of the Transfer, SLFA will be wound up in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

SLFA顧客契約のフィリップ証券への移管に関するお知らせ
Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd.（ソニーライフ・フィナンシャル・アドバイザーズ株式会社、以下「SLFA」）は、Phillip Securities Pte Ltd（フィリップ証券株式会社、以下「フィリップ証券」）との間で、現在SLFAが保有する代理店契約及び顧客をフィリップ証券へ移管（以下「本移管手続き」）することで合意いたしました。
本移管手続きは2025年10月1日までに完了する予定です。また、本移管手続きよって、SLFAの顧客が保有する保険契約の条件や内容が変更されることはございません。なお、移管先からの新たなサービスの提供開始は保険会社の承認が前提となります。
フィリップ証券は、専門知識、インフラ、およびより幅広い金融ソリューション・投資商品へのアクセスを有しています。フィリップ証券は、これまでSLFAが提供してきたのと同様の献身的かつ高品質なサービスを今後もお客様に提供できるものと確信しております。
また、本移管手続き完了までの間、SLFAのリレーションシップマネージャーは引き続きお客様をサポートし、日本語での対応も継続いたします。なお、本移管手続きの対象となる顧客には、別途詳細なご案内を個別にお送りいたします。
本移管手続き完了後、SLFAは適用法令に従い清算される予定です。
