We are committed to response to you as soon as possible. Be assured that we will provide you with a written acknowledgement within 2 business days. We aim to resolve your complaint and provide the final resolution within 20 business days.

We will review the matter to ensure that findings are conducted in an objective and fair manner. We may contact you to arrange for an interview to gather more information as part of our robust findings. You will be notified if we need more time to resolve the matter and seek your understanding if such event arises.

If our final resolution is not to your satisfaction, you may approach the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) for assistance. FIDReC is an independent body for dispute resolution between consumers and financial institutions.
